Q: Can I request a housing stipend in lieu of Reflectx providing my housing?
A: Yes, if you are traveling away from your home for an assignment, we will be happy to provide you with a stipend if you would prefer to secure your own housing.

Q: What should I bring with me on my travel assignment?
A: Reflectx will provide a fully furnished apartment with a complete house wares package and full utilities (including a telephone and cable allowance). You will only need to bring your personal items such as clothing and toiletries. Some of our travelers also bring their computers, bicycles and other desired personal items.

Q: Can I travel with my pet(s)?
A: Yes; however, pet deposits or damage incurred is the responsibility of the traveler. Please note: some large pets may be difficult to accommodate in corporate housing. Please speak with your National Recruitment Manager about your specific situation.

Q: Does Reflectx Services guarantee a 40 hour work week?
A: Yes, all of our contracts are written to guarantee our traveling therapists a 40 hour work week.

Q: Does Reflectx pay for traveling expenses to the assignment?
A: Yes, we provide a traveling allowance for each assignment. Your National Recruitment Manager will determine this amount at the time you accept an assignment and reimburse the expenses to you once you start work.

Q: Does Reflectx Services have assignments in different settings?
A: Yes, we have assignments in settings such as outpatient, hospital, sub acute, inpatient rehab, pediatrics, skilled nursing, and more. We contract with all types of customers throughout the United States, so our travelers enjoy a wide variety of assignment choices.

Q: Does my rate of pay fluctuate from assignment to assignment?
A: No, your rate of pay will stay very consistent throughout your employment with us. If there is an opportunity to offer you more money, we will gladly do so. However, we do not randomly decrease our travelers pay rate without first discussing this with them.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract and travel with you for a year?
A: No, you are only obligated to complete any assignment that you have agreed to. However, we do reward you with
"Butterfly Bucks" for staying

Q: Can I work in an assignment for longer than 3 months?
A: Yes, if the client still has an opening and would like for you to stay longer.

Q: Can I stay permanently with a client after I have completed my travel assignment?
A: Yes, all of our staffing contracts include a buyout clause with our clients. If the client would like to hire you permanently, we will be happy to assist with this process.

Q: Can I travel with my family?
A: Yes, you can travel with your family. Reflectx will be happy to secure a larger apartment if you need it; however, the expense for the additional space with be your responsibility.

Q: Can I help to choose my apartment?
A: Our housing team will involve you with the selection of the apartment and the location. Many times, they can share photos with you of potential complexes, and she would love to have your help in choosing the right apartment for you. Once an apartment is agreed upon, our housing manager will have all of the utilities connected (including telephone and cable), rent all of the furnishings and provide a full house wares package. The major things that Reflectx considers when selecting an apartment are:
- Is the apartment in a safe area?
- Is the apartment located within a reasonable commute from the facility where the clinician will be working?
- Are the accommodations comfortable and acceptable to our traveling clinician?

Q: Will I have to work with different recruiters when I change assignments?
A: No, you will work with the same National Recruitment Manager that hired you for your entire employment with Reflectx Services. Even if your work one assignment on the east coast and another on the west coast, you will not be expected to change recruiters. Your NRM is qualified to market you for assignments nationwide.

Q: What happens to my benefits if I move from state to state?
A: Your benefits will remain the same. Gevity is our PEO, and they offer healthcare coverage through United Healthcare. The United Healthcare PPO option is available nationwide.

Q: What do I do if I need assistance after normal business hours?
A: The Reflectx team is committed to responding in a timely manner to all of our staff members. All of the National Recruitment Managers and our housing team members have voice mail or cell phones that they check during the evenings and over the weekends.
