Reflectx Buddy Bucks - Referral Incentive Program for Traveling Rehabilitation Therapists

 
Reflectx Services wants to reward you for helping us grow! We have more than 6,000 open positions nationwide we need your help to fill. That’s why we’re offering a program designed to reward you for referring new employees to Reflectx, called “Buddy Bucks!” When you refer a new full time therapist that works 30 days of an assignment with Reflectx, you will receive a cash bonus as a “Thank You!”

We are looking forward to your participation! Referrals are the finest compliment we can receive and we look forward to working with your friends and colleagues.

The Buddy Bucks Referral Incentive Program provides unlimited incentive potential by offering tiered rewards at the following levels:

Blue Level: 1 – 5 Referrals = $500 for each hired referral 
 
    • Silver Level: 6 – 10 Referrals = $750 for each hired referral
 
  • Gold Level: 11+ Referrals = $1,000 for each hired referral
 
The "Fine Print": Your cash bonus will be paid by a separate check or direct deposit in the month following the referred candidate’s confirmed start date, less any applicable taxes or withholdings.
