6/11/2012
Body Solutions, provider of physical therapy work in New Jersey, recently announced its many offerings to area patients.
The company offers traditional and mixed martial arts-based personal training and has treated more than 1,500 people in the South Jersey area, including Cherry Hill, Marlton, Medford, Voorhees and Mount Laurel.
The company also provides PT jobs and has a staff of qualified professionals with advanced degrees and certifications.
“Physical therapy is often thought of for people with sports injuries or victims of car accidents,” said Helene Vece, of JumpStart Ink and media manager for Body Solutions. “But, as in the ABC special, physical therapy is important for people with multiple sclerosis or those who had a stroke. Physical therapy has a lot of benefits for a wide demographic of people.”
Dr. Steve Young added that there aren't any surprises involved with the company's physical therapy services and that every resident in New Jersey who comes to them will experience effective, comprehensive treatment for their issues.
Elsewhere in the New Jersey physical therapy industry, the American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey recently celebrated its first member elected as Catherine Worthingham Fellow. Judith Deutsch, physical therapist and a professor of physical therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-School of Health Related Professions based in New York, was selected.
Brian Mason, physical therapist said that the Worthingham award recognizes professionals in the physical therapy industry who offer lasting advances in education, science and practice. He added that being elected as an award winner is the highest honor offered by the APTA.
