A new study suggests that a glass of milk a day may help keep arthritis at bay, at least among women.The study, which was funded by the US National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, found that among women, the more skim milk that they drank, the less likely they were to encounter worsening osteoarthritis in the knee, Reuters reported. Alabama PT students to receive $5,000 for scholastic achievements
