Occupational Therapist II reporting to the Director Occupational/Employee Health Svcs, REQUIREMENTS The incumbent in this position is required to have successfully completed an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, have a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy, and successful completion of the AOTA exam. Current California Occupational Therapist licensure and current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card are also required. Must have 2 years experience with hand, upper extremities, and Neuro to qualify.
