An individual who is currently licensed in the state as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT). In collaboration with multi-disciplinary team develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient and provides skilled physical services in accordance with physician orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Other duties as assigned

As a Physical Therapist you will participates in the evaluation, establishment of customized treatment plans, and implementation of patient care programs. PT will design treatments and procedures to improve, or restore physical function and to assist patients in reaching their maximum performance level. Clinician will manage a specific caseload of patients and make appropriate computerized documentation.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required. Licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Florida (or eligible for a Florida license). Good PT skills confident with various diagnoses, excellent documentation skills and the ability to multi-task. Good time management, understanding of various payers and proper billing. Able to adapt well during busy times and flexibility with hours. Must be able to lead PTA's and tech through POC and normal daily tasks. New grads welcome . |
