Reflectx uses tele-recruiting to staff positions in selected markets.

Daryl Dixon, President, has 20 years of officer-level management, sales, and marketing experience. He worked for three publicly-owned companies in the human services field prior to starting Reflectxion Resources, Inc., and Reflectx Services. He spent seven of those years with NovaCare, Inc., as the President of the Contract Rehab Services Division.
Carla Wright, Executive Vice President of Training and Sales, has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare industry. Carla worked for NovaCare as a Recruitment Manager for more than six years. Most recently, she spent the last five years working with hundreds of hospitals nationally, offering them Web-based recruiting resources to help them fill the ongoing need of nurses and allied health staff.
Joe Parris, Executive President of Business Development, has more than 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, marketing, and human capital services. Joe has worked most recently as the Director of Recruiting for a leading national healthcare consulting and outsourcing firm. Joe is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and subsequently earned a formal certification in Professional Human Resources.
