Reflectx Services was founded in 2001 by rehabilitation therapy staffing veterans to help hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other health care providers secure adequate staffing on an interim and professional placement basis. Our intention was to create a
"Positively Different" healthcare staffing company - one that "walked the talk" and lived by the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Since our founding more than 8 years ago, Reflectx has worked hard to change the reputation of healthcare staffing companies and has become a respected leader in the Rehabilitation Therapy staffing arena. We provide a unique mass E-Mail marketing service that matches clinicians to job openings sometimes before a job is ever formally advertised. Our clients are provided lists of available clinicians for professional placement and travel positions at least every week from resumes that we receive from our new candidates every day.

We post our client positions on the World Wide Web on multiple sites generating some of the fastest staffing solutions possible.

We know where and how many licensed clinicians live near your facility and will tele-recruit staff for your positions in selected markets.

Daryl Dixon, President has 20 years of officer level management, sales and marketing experience. He has worked for three publicly owned companies in the human services field prior to starting Reflectxion Resources, Inc. and Reflectx Services. He spent 7 of those years with NovaCare, Inc. and was the President of the Contract Rehab Division.
Kathy Biniak has nearly 20 years of experience in the health care staffing industry. Kathy has worked with health care clinicians and healthcare providers throughout the country. For more than 10 years she has held executive level management positions in the healthcare staffing field including General Management responsibilities for national operations with annual revenues in excess of $28 million.
Carla Wright has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare industry. Carla worked for NovaCare as a Recruitment Manager for more than 6 years. Most recently, she spent the last 5 years working with hundreds of hospitals nationally, offering them web based recruiting resources to help them fill the ongoing need of nurses and allied health staff.
Joe Parris has more than 11 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, marketing and human capital services. Joe has worked most recently as the Director of Recruiting for a leading national healthcare consulting and outsourcing firm. Joe is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and subsequently earned a formal certification in Professional Human Resources.
